FAQ: How do Guests create an Online Booking?
Open the Seavibes Link https://www.seavibes.com/
Select the “Availability Calendar”
Scroll down to “Room Details” and Select a “Book Now” icon on the right side of Villas & Bedrooms.
On the Booking Page, Select the Arrival Date and Departure Date
Select the number of Guests, Adults and Children (Do not list Children below 3 years of age).
Complete the Booking Details
The Booking Summary indicates the total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to transfer.
After Completing Successful Transfer, the booking is completed.
FAQ: What are the various options at Seavibes?
Seavibes is a Large Structure situated on a Large Prime Beachfront Property Villa. To suit Guest preferences and the quantity of guests, we provide options of either the complete villa (Seavibes Villa 7 Bedrooms = East & West Sides), The East Side portion of the villa (Sealevel 4 Bedroom Villa = the East Side) or six separate individual Bedrooms.
The Villa options include on the East Side an upstairs Loft, a Spacious Kitchen, an outdoor Barbecue & Common Room.
There is a nine-meter separation between the East Side & West Side, joined together with a covered walkway.
FAQ: Is there a price list for each of the Villa Options at Seavibes?
Seavibes 7 Bedroom Villa: East & West Wings, suited to two guests per bedroom = 14 guests. The maximum total of guests = 21. The rate for Each Extra Guest is Rp200,000 per Night, an Extra Mattress is Optional, (200 x 90 cm). Guests under 3 years of age are free. Also Optional for Extra guests to use is an upstairs loft, located on the East Side, with 200 cm x 160 cm Bed. The villa option includes the spacious kitchen and access to an assistant during daylight hours, the assistant can prepare food, if supplied with ingredients.
Rate per night: Rp3,800,000, (Saturday & Public Holidays R4,700,000),
(Idul Fitri Holidays Rp5,500,000), (New Year Eve Rp7,500,000).
Sealevel 4 Bedroom Villa: East Wing, suited to two guests per bedroom = 8 guests. The maximum total of guests = 15. The rate for Each Extra Guest is Rp200,000 per Night, an Extra Mattress is Optional, (200 x 90 cm). Guests under 3 years of age are free. Also Optional for Extra guests to use is an upstairs loft, located on the East Side, with 200 cm x 160 cm Bed. FAQ: After paying a deposit how and when is the final balance payment made?
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, and reserve the dates. Final Balance can be paid in cash at the time of arrival. Without a Deposit no reservation will be processed. It is possible to “walk in” without a Reservation and Deposit, but availability, will not be certain.

FAQ: Are staying guests at Seavibes required to share their marital status?
When people arrive at Seavibes, they arrive for leisure. They will be treated with respect without being checked for their personal marital status.
FAQ: Are staying guests allowed to invite visitors to Seavibes?
Guests need to provide details of extra visitors, including the number of visitors and the length of their visit.
FAQ: Why does Google Hotels list a price of Rp200,000 at Seavibes?
A problem exists with Google where the price of an Extra guest with Villa options has been listed as a Room Price. We have requested to Google many times, but the error continues.
FAQ: Are individual Bedrooms available for Booking at Seavibes?
During normal weekdays the bedrooms are always available to be booked separately.
Rooms on the West Side are available for booking anytime, these rooms are Seaside, Seacoast, & Seamaster.
FAQ: Are Individual Bedrooms on the East Side, (Seashore, Seaboard & Seascape) available for Booking on the Weekend?On Weekends & Public Holiday Long Weekends, our preference is to rent the entire East Side, as the option Sealevel Four Bedroom Villa. If we have not received booking for the Sealevel Villa less than three days before the weekend, the separate bedrooms Seashore, Seaboard & Seascape become available for booking.
FAQ: Is the Sealevel Villa option available for just one-night during a Public Holiday Long Weekend?
We do not accept advanced Sealevel Villa bookings for just one night during a Public Holiday Long Weekend. If we have not received a multiple night booking for the Sealevel Villa less than three days before the Weekend, the dates then become available for just one night bookings.
FAQ: What times are Check In & Check Out?
Check In time is 1400 and Check Out time is 1200. Based on availability, some guests select Early Check In 0600 to 1400 with an extra 25% of day rate, or Late Check Out 1200 to 1800 also with 25%-day rate.
FAQ: How do guests enter into Seavibes from the road?
The staff will be expecting guests with reservations, and will greet guests, when opening the vehicle entry gate. When arriving at Seavibes by Road, either use the yellow bell switch or use vehicle horn to attract the attention of staff. The gates are kept closed for security and privacy.

All Bedrooms have LAN/Ethernet connections, Fiber Optic from Indiehome is connected to Seavibes, WiFi is not recommend due to detrimental effects on the environment & health. WiFi is available and can be turned on.
A Converter Adapter USB 2.0 to Ethernet LAN (RJ45) is available for guests to use.
FAQ: Is Breakfast included when selecting the options Seavibes Villa & Sealevel Villa?
Breakfast is not included with the Villa options because when selecting the villa options the spacious kitchen can be used, also an assistant is available to help during daylight hours, the assistant can prepare food, if supplied with ingredients. An Outside Barbecue is also available. Meals can be ordered from venues nearby and delivered to Seavibes. Cooking is Prohibited inside the Bedrooms.
FAQ: Is Breakfast included when selecting individual Bedrooms, and can we use the Kitchen?
Breakfast is included with the bookings of Individual Bedrooms. The Kitchen is not Available unless selecting the villa potions. Meals can be ordered from venues nearby and delivered to Seavibes.
Cooking is Prohibited inside the Bedrooms.
FAQ: Do the bedrooms have AC?
Most of the Bedrooms are designed for ventilation by air flow & electric fans, the Seascape Bedroom was designed for cooling with AC and has a split system installed.
FAQ: Is Smoking Permitted in the Air Conditioned Seascape Bedroom?
Smoking is Strictly Prohibited in the AC Seascape Bedroom, any offenders will be required to pay a service fee to replace contaminated components of the AC System.
FAQ: Is Hot Water in the bathrooms available?
Hot water is not currently available in the bathrooms, the water supplied to the bathrooms is normally a temperature between 23 degrees Celsius to 28 degrees Celsius.
FAQ: Is there accommodation for Drivers?
A place is available where Drivers can sleep, also available is a toilet & bathroom, the rate is rp100,000 per night, including breakfast.
FAQ: Are people available for assistance with information while staying at Seavibes?
If needing any assistance or information, people are always available, during the daytime females, during the Evening the males, they can usually be located near the West Gate Entrance from the street.
FAQ: What about the Pet Policy at Seavibes?
Normally there is a No Pet Allowed Policy.
If booking the option Seavibes 7 Bedroom Villa, then well trained pets are allowed, based on approval following pet details: a description of a pet, Toilet Trained or not. (Dogs that are not trained to minimize their barking are not welcome). No pets are allowed on beds or furniture, also no pets allowed in AC Bedrooms.
FAQ: Are most foods & beverages available at Local Shopping?
Delicatessen style shopping (Cereals/Cheeses/Breads/ Meats/ Fresh Vegetables/Beverages), are best obtained in Jakarta or Bandung. Seafood and basic vegetables / fruits, are available at Cisolok (3 km) or Pelabuhanratu (12 km). A limited range of Barbecue Charcoal is available locally. Alcoholic Beverages are not readily available.
FAQ: Are Guests Allowed to Spray or Burn Insecticides inside the rooms at Seavibes?
Spraying or burning poisonous insecticides inside rooms is not allowed without permission. The beds are fitted with mosquito nets and fans. Note that some people are very sensitive about breathing poisons.
FAQ: Are Abbreviated Text Messages (Acronyms) Accepted when contacting Seavibes?
Abbreviated text messages are not accepted. Correspondence received in complete English or Indonesian are generally understood and replied to.
